1. How are prices based?
     Our prices are FOB, Delhi. Prices can be quoted in US$, Euros, or Aus$.

2. How do you ship your goods.
    Goods can be shipped either By Sea or By Air or By Courier depending 
     upon your feasibility.

3. What is the production Lead Time?
     Production lead time varies based on product and order quantities.

4. How do you accept payments?
    We accept payment through Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or through Pay   
    Orders/Company Cheques.

5. What are the payment Terms?
    Payment terms are 30% advance with order and balance before shipment 
    and in case of high value orders it can be negotiated.

6. If delivery required within India?
    For sales with in India, Sales Tax as applicable shall be charged extra.

7. What about any preference for Custom Clearing and Shipping Agents?
     We prefer using our own Custom Clearing and Shipping agent. 
      In case of your nominated agent, please inform us in advance.
